Christie Berry Mother of Sarah Baynham and Jay Berry

The Smile!! She lit the room up with her beautiful & infectious smile. I know Lindsey because of my children, Jay & Sarah. Jay has been a friend of Lindsey's since middle school & his sister Sarah & Stevie became connected at the hip once they met in 7th grade. So we had a double dose of the Freeman girls.

The Freeman & Berry families have shared birthdays, vacations, graduations, marriages & babies!!! & on one occassion, a party at the Freemans while they were out of town. Can you imagine that? Matt chose my son's birthday party to propose to Lindsey & me being" queen of the kodak moment" was front & center with my camera. When Matt popped the question she was truly shocked & speechless, we waited....& waited...for the "YES" & when it finally came her hands were shaking so much the picture of the ring was blurred!!! I have never seen anyone as surprised as she was that evening. But soon "The Smile" was there & the wedding plans were quickly high on her agenda. Lindsey, Stevie, their mom & Mark too, planned a beautiful wedding and yes, "The Smile" was evident all evening. Then came the exciting news about a new baby on the way & we were all anxiously awiting the birth. Phone calls & text messages were flying and Callum made his entrance into Matt & Lindsey's lives. But for whatever unkown reason sweet Lindsey was snatched away from here way too soon. Now our hearts are breaking, and the pain is sometime too much to bear, but she didn't leave a void because all we need to do is to remember "The Smile" and know that Lindsey will forever be in our hearts. I am happy to have had the chance to know Lindsey & be able to share a small part of her life, Lindsey may you rest in peace & know how much you are loved.
